Jongleurs is one of the world’s leading brands for comedy, providing a mix of comedy and popular cabaret with around 300 comedy performers on its books.

Evolving powers the online booking engine and email strategy for Jongleurs, sending up to 1,000,000 emails each month and processing box-office bookings made online as well those booked over the phone.

The engine allows customers to book tickets online, as well as pre-ordering food and drink. A back-office interface provides call-centre staff with a comprehensive management tool to create bookings taken over the phone, manage existing orders and view detailed reports on the performance of the strategy.

Evolving manages a segmented email program for Jongleurs to support the booking engine. Activity includes event-triggered birthday communications, seasonal promotions, monthly newsletters and welcome communications for new customers. In addition, transactional emails are distributed automatically by the booking engine.
