Senior Account Managers

We're growing our Client Services department and are offering the opportunity to work on a brilliant portfolio of clients within a fun, ambitious and talented team.
The position on offer is as a Senior Account Manager, looking to be a part of an exciting, rapidly expanding Digital Agency. The strategies, campaigns and projects we work on make a real difference to our clients, and Client Services is at the forefront of it all, dealing directly with marketing teams client-side on a daily basis. You'll be able to hold your own in conversations with senior players client-side, present to teams of people internally and externally, and have demonstrable experience in the digital marketing arena.

You will be working within a dynamic and fast-paced Client Services team, supported by a number of Account Executives, Account Managers and Account Directors.
Day to day you will be briefing and feeding back to Creative, Consultancy and Project Teams, supported by your colleagues in Client Services. As a Senior Account Manager, you will report to and work closely with the Client Services Director, and need skillsets for delegating work to Account Manager and Account Executive levels as required. Working at the sharp end of the business on some of our biggest accounts, you can expect regular, direct contact with our client base (phone, email, face to face) as well. You'll need a firm grasp of commercials too, and must be able to run large-scale projects, providing first-class service to your client.
You’ll be right in the thick of things across a range of channels, including email, web, social and search marketing campaigns. As a new starter you'll receive training from senior members of the team from day one to bolster your understanding of digital marketing, so you’ll need to be committed, energetic and eager to learn.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong all round knowledge of digital marketing and have outstanding management skills. You will be required to demonstrate this at interview. As you'll be representing the business at all times, professionalism, courtesy and even charm will be second nature to you.
